In the third quarter of 2025, the top business apps in Germany showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Microsoft Teams saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting at around 75K and peaking at approximately 136K by mid-September. Its weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, growing from 6.8M to 6.6M by the end of the quarter.

Indeed Job Search experienced steady weekly downloads, beginning at 47K and reaching a high of about 62K. Active users also increased, moving from 917K to 953K towards the end of the quarter.

Zoom Workplace maintained a consistent revenue stream, with weekly earnings fluctuating around $20K to $33K. Downloads climbed from 44K to 61K, while active users varied, ending the quarter at 1.7M.

Microsoft Authenticator showed a strong download performance, starting at 101K and peaking at 139K. Active users rose from 5.4M to 5.3M throughout the quarter.

Finally, BA-mobil exhibited stable download numbers, ranging from 30K to 45K. Active users remained relatively steady, closing the quarter at 715K.
